The words “The January” should be inserted before “Vote on the 2012-2014 Officers”. The topic for the next meeting needs this change because it gives the incorrect impression that we are voting at the November meeting. Our constitution says the election of officers is at the January meeting. Another problem is “2012 -2014″ gives the impression that the officers serve three years, 2012, 2013 and 2014 but they only serve two years. It should be changed to “2012- 2013″. They will be followed by officers serving 2014-2015. They were preceded by officers serving 2010 -2011.

Under ‘Pages”, the word ‘Association’ is missing a T in ‘Officers of the Association for 2011′

Is the meeting on November 22 a “Refresher Class” as written on our web page or is it really a General Membership Meeting?
